This cymbal is pretty multifunctional, however it has some drawbacks... it dosnt have much cutting power. It dosnt really stand out over my 18" Rock Crash, but at a lil over 20 dollars its definatly worth it. One day I'll invest in a Sabian, but this will be perfect for now!

I bought this splash cymbal to go with my 8" and 12" meinl hcs splashes on a cymbal tree with 6" gibralter cymabl stackers. It's a great little splash, though not sound coordinated with the 8" and 12" unfortunately. They're really only useful for little accents so I don't particularly use it much but the quality and sound is fine. Great entry-level splash if that's what you're looking for. Not a necessary part of any drumset but if you're looking for a variety of cymbal sounds for a VERY low price from your set then this is the product for you.
